Her nails are stronger and less prone to breaking, skin is more supple and her hair appears thicker and more healthy looking. This one contains various additional vitamins and minerals and comes in a pleasant tasting coconut flavoured tablet which is small and easy to swallow. There are 60 tablets in the flat pack and the recommended dose is one a day so they will last 2 months. Reasonable value at £16.

I began taking skin, nail and hair supplements at the onset of menopause because I noticed that my nails and hair in particular had changed texture. These supplements are smooth coated and are easy to take with no aftertaste or repetition. They do smell strongly of coconut, and to be honest I'm not quite sure why it's there because you swallow these and don't chew them, however it is a very pleasant smell and once swallowed it doesn't repeat. At one-a-day you get 2 months' supply in the pouch, which should be enough time to be able to assess if they are helping you or not. I am feeling very positive about them and I definitely feel like they are helping me, especially as I have not had a break in between these and other supplements taken before starting. They are reasonably priced and the list of ingredients is quite impressive, as well as the fact that they are vegan, they're manufactured in the UK, and they're packaged using recyclable materials.

These are 2 months supply of vitamins for £20 which are claiming to be helpful to your skin, nails and hair. They are marketed with the main being hylauronic ingredients but there is a host more of other vitamins within these. This makes them a multivitamin supplement which does have a wide range, you have to be careful if you are taking other supplements as you may inadvertently take more in a day than you wish to. I haven’t had any adverse effects affects after taking for 3 weeks and I can deal with the coconut aroma, it’s false and unnecessary in my opinion. They were easy to swallow and the size didn’t make them difficult to get down. They seem good quality and the packaging is very professional.

I have mixed feelings about these, there are some positives, but the price and results lead me to give these a slightly lower score. This is after taking them for a month.Firstly, it's nice to see a small packet, no filler space, no oversized outer packaging, so less waste. Upon opening, there is a whiff of coconut, but not enough that you really notice when taking them. They aren't in my mouth that long! But, they are simple to take, so that's good. You get a total of 60 tablets, taking one a day.After a month, I've not really noticed any difference in hair growth or thickness. As someone who naturally has thinner hair, that was really the main purpose of having them. So, I'm not convinced with the results over collegen supplements. At £19.99, they are reasonable, but not the cheapest supplement, so on that basis, I don't think I will be continuing to take after these run out.

For example, amino acids such as lysine and arginine, which can support collagen, and things such as iodine and selenium, which can contribute to hair growth.They’re vegan and made in the UK to GMP standards, which means I feel reassured of the quality.As I’ve been taking skin, hair and nail vitamins for years, this is a continuation of my routine, rather than something completely new. As such, it’s difficult for me to determine how effective these are. However, I haven’t noticed any negative effects.Given the price of vitamins in general, I think these are good value for money.

The tablets are average size, easy to swallow and surprisingly do taste of subtle coconut, and not in an artificial sense at all! There’s no funky aftertaste either. During perimenopause my skin, hair and nails need every help they can get so I’m hoping with continued use these will prove to work. I’ve been taking these skin, nail & hair vitamins daily for about 8 weeks now and overall I’m really happy with the results. I've been taking these for a little more than a month at this point, and I've not noticed any positive effects.I decided to give these a try because I'm currently suffering from quite brittle nails, and my skin does suffer throughout the colder months. I appreciate any kind of nail treatment can take some time to show any effect, but I'd expect to have noticed some improvement for my skin in the same time, and I've not seen anything at all.If you like a slightly artificial coconut flavour, you'll enjoy taking these - they're a fairly comfortable size for taking with a sip of water, on the smaller side of the bigger supplements, if you know what I mean. I'm partial to a bounty or two, and these are very pleasant to take.The packaging is a convenient size, and it's been very easy to reseal and reopen, holding up well with no signs of problems there.At £20 for a 2-month supply, if these were having the advertised effect, I'd think they were a pretty good deal. Unfortunately, as of right now, I've not seen any improvements, and my nails aren't any stronger. I will continue to finish the full package, and if there's an improvement by the end of March, I'll be back here again to let you know (and celebrate, brittle nails are a massive buzzkill!)

This product arrived in a branded resealable pouch. The tablets are pink and small in size which makes them simple and easy to swallow. The smell on opening the package is of coconut and this follows through to the flavour they taste great. I like that they are vegan friendly. As with all supplements it takes time to see the efficacy and I have only taken these for a few days. But the quality of the ingredients and the packaging are good. Good price point.

It's so nice to have vitamins arrive in a resealable packet that is a size relevant to the contents. There was no excessive packaging for these vitamins which are stored in a hand sized pouch.When I opened them I greeted with a soft scent of coconut. So nice compared to the usual murky can't-pinpoint-the smell-but-it-isn't-nice smell that normally jumps out. The vitamins were a soft pink and a size that is easy to swallow.I have used biotin and kelp vitamins before and know that these have a positive Thickening and strengthening affect on my hair and am excited to see if the having the H-acid as well means the condition of my skin will be visibly better too and that they improve the skin health as well as hair.Being made and certified in the UK as a huge comfort as it gives you the sound knowledge that these have been made and manufactured to safe and high standards. They are also fairly good value with 1 pack giving 2 months supply.With the ones I've take. So far, I do find I taste coconut which is pleasant and a nice benefit if they happen to get stuck in your mouth for a second before catching the water and being swallowed.As with all things vitamin, it's not possible to say so early on whether they have a significant impact and outcome. The format of these tablets was not clear, because they say they are coconut flavoured. So I wondered if you were meant to chew them. However upon opening the packet there was a really strong eggy smell, which was offputting. I licked the coating of the tablet and it did have a slight coconut taste, but I wasn't prepared to chew it so I just swallowed it whole. So the coconut flavourings is basically pointless. Also, on the packaging they tell you to take it with a glass of water, which suggests swallowing it whole.I have been taking biotin every day for years, and I do believe it helps my skin and hair. These tablets have a high dose of biotin, plus other good nutrients, so in that sense they are beneficial. I don't love the format though. I prefer to bribe myself to take my vitamins with a nice tasting gummy chew. And you can get biotin gummies which are a lot cheaper than these peculiar tablets.

Nicely presented - the packaging is attractive and professional in appearance. On opening the bag there is a waft of coconut that makes you think you’ve been spirited away to a Caribbean island. This carries through into the flavour too - these do taste strongly of coconut - which I like a great deal. The tablets are a pink colour… not sure why, but it’s handy if you take a lot of supplements and this one stands out amongst the plain white ones so you’ll definitely remember taking it! Easy to swallow, and they are only one a day, so this little pack will last a couple of months. I’ve not been taking them long enough to notice any significant effects yet, but I also haven’t noticed any negative effects either, so that’s good. These seem to have all the right ingredients to be beneficial to hair, skin and nails, so there’s no reason to doubt it - however, if at the end of two months I’ve noticed no difference I’ll be back to say so!
